The main visitor parking lot has a large sign saying “First Place Visitor Parking” at the corner of E. Ferguson Street and N. Spring Avenue (both one-way streets). The entrance has a lift gate. When you pull up, it will ask you to take a parking ticket to enter. Please bring this ticket to our office so we can validate it. There are also multiple metered parking spots surrounding the building. If you park at a metered spot, we cannot validate your parking.
If you park in the visitor parking lot, there are two main entrances to the building. The entrance with a revolving door is the bank entrance. The bank employees will direct you to the elevators. This door will be locked until 9:00 a.m. Therefore, if you have an appointment before 9:00 a.m., you will have to go through the “First Place” entrance which is beside the bank entrance in the same parking lot. This door leads straight to the elevators. If you park at a meter, you can go in the main bank entrance, but keep in mind that these doors will also remain locked until 9:00 a.m. Therefore, you will have to take the pathway to the right that leads to the visitor parking lot and enter through the “First Place” entrance if your appointment is before 9:00 a.m.
Once you have made it to the elevators, press the button for floor 9. After making it to the 9th floor, you will come to suite 916 with a sign that says “Griffith Law Office” and press the doorbell. Our receptionist will let you in.
